Golf Shop & Other Facilities
At Black Hawk Golf Course, we have a fully stocked Golf Shop offering top of the line golf clubs, balls, gloves, and quality golf apparel. Our product line includes Titleist, Nike, Taylor Made, and all the major equipment brands. Choose from Adidas, Nike and Foot-Joy golf shoes and, of course all the major golf ball lines.
When entering the Golf Shop be certain to check out the TV monitor listing information regarding leagues, Golf Shop specials, upcoming events, services, and golf tournaments.
Black Hawk Golf Course offers ball fitting to help increase your distance and specializes in club fitting & repair. With our TaylorMade Select Fit cart, we can provide a complete fitting for irons, wedges and drivers. The $25.00 fitting fee will be deducted from your club(s) purchase.
Our club repair includes re-gripping at $6.00 per club unless special grips are required.
- Re-shafts: $24.00 per club, plus price of shaft
- Re-groove: $5.00 per club
- Loft & Lie Adjustment: $5.00 per club
Under the Golf Club Trade-in Program, Black Hawk Golf Course will accept all golf clubs currently listed on the PGA Value Guide, in return for "Trade-in Dollars" that may be applied to the purchase of any new, in-stock or special order clubs. All Trade-in Dollars will be determined based on the PGA Value Guide.
We carry all top name brand clubs, woods, and irons! Custom orders are gladly accepted.

Warm up before your golf game or simply practice perfecting your swing at the Practice Range. Our Practice Range consists of synthetic and natural grass hitting areas as well as a practice green and sand trap for fine tuning all aspects of your golf game.

During the summer months, the Practice Range also acts as a host site for The First Tee. Please note when The First Tee is using the range, the targets on the driving range serve as a 3-hole practice course for the students to learn hands-on game situations.
The Practice Range will be closed on Mondays (6am-11am) and Thursdays (11am-2pm) for regular maintenance.
The atmosphere at Hawk’s Nest Taverne is one you'd expect at your local, private or semi-private golf club. You're included among friends at the Taverne, whether you’re enjoying breakfast before your round or you’re in for cocktails as your day winds down.
The Hawk's Nest Taverne offers everything from breakfast to appetizers, sumptuous sandwiches or full meals, to enjoy with an ice-cold beer as you relate tales of your day on the links.
Take in the day's ball game or golf event on one of our four televisions, play cards with your partners or just relax and have a great time. Our staff is happy to provide you with the service you come to expect at most private golf clubs.
If relaxing outside is more your pleasure, join us in the Patio or on the outside Deck, while you watch other players enjoy their round. But you don't have to play golf to enjoy the Taverne. Make the Hawk's Nest a regular stop when you're going out for dinner or drinks.

Coolers for the Course
Carry out coolers are available in the Hawk's Nest Taverne with a $5.00 refundable deposit. Grab one, fill it with your favorite beer or soft drinks, then we'll ice'em down and you're on your way!

***Pennsylvania State Liquor Law requires that any malt beverages taken on the course be purchased at Black Hawk Golf Course. The law also prohibits any liquor from being taken out on the course.***
